16 Can Opener and Ice cream area make table are in need of cleaning. Food debris was located on the inside top of the make table and on the blade of the can opener.

- 4-601.11(A): (A) EQUIPMENT FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES and UTENSILS shall be clean to sight and touch. - V,COS
28 Coffee Pot cleaner was located on top of the coffee pot. This cleaner indicates that it is hazardous. It must be stored and ussed properly. Correctged

- 7-101.11: Containers of POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS and PERSONAL CARE ITEMS shall bear a legible manufacturer's label. - V,COS
43 Spoons used for coffee stirring are store only in room temperature water. Utensils must be properly sotred.

- 3-304.12 (F): During pauses in FOOD preparation or dispensing, FOOD preparation and dispensing UTENSILS shall be stored: (F) In a container of water if the water is maintained at a temperature of at least 57°C (135°F) and the container is cleaned at a frequency specified under Subparagraph 4-602.11(D)(7). - V
45 Single use spoons at drive thru must be store with the handle up to prevent contamination of food contact surface. Spoon portion exposed to employees not handle.

52 Grease trap has a terrible smell coming from the unit. This is an indication that the unit is in need of cleaning and attention.

Concentrations of sanitizers were correct, however employee did not know the type or correct concentrations of the sanitizer. Retrain please.
